WORD OF THE YEAR 2021

January 1, 2021 By Elizabeth Wilson Leave a Comment

To say I was feeling cautious about choosing my word of the year for 2021 would be a big understatement.

I’m not going to put pressure on myself to somehow be perfect in the shadow of a pandemic. I do, however, want to put my mind to use.

I chose FLOW because I want to be in the moment more, to let go of any false sense of control and to let myself do the things that I find interesting without it needing a certain outcome or quality that I might not be able to achieve.

To create for the joy of creating and figuring out the rest later.
